{"id":1676,"date":"2024-05-06T13:40:53","date_gmt":"2024-05-06T11:40:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vedas-endurance.fr\/?page_id=1676"},"modified":"2024-05-06T13:40:53","modified_gmt":"2024-05-06T11:40:53","slug":"week-end-post-pistole","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/vedas-endurance.fr\/index.php\/week-end-post-pistole\/","title":{"rendered":"Week-end post Pistole"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Un beau week-end qui d\u00e9bute par&nbsp;deux podiums lors des boucles du clocher ;&nbsp;f\u00e9licitation \u00e0 Tana\u00efs ( 2eme de sa cat\u00e9gorie) et Philippe ( 1<sup>er<\/sup> de sa cat\u00e9gorie (comme d&rsquo;hab)) sur le 6km, et bravo \u00e0 Ipong qui fait \u00e9galement une<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>jolie perf sur le 11km.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Yolande a rameut\u00e9 les troupes sur Saint Georges d\u2019Orques et fait le rep\u00e9rage de la \u00ab\u00a0Ronde Saint Georgienne\u00a0\u00bb qui&nbsp;aura lieu la semaine prochaine. La belle \u00e9quipe&nbsp;a parcouru \u00e0 bonne allure ce joli parcours vallonn\u00e9, sans oublier&nbsp;de&nbsp;profiter du sympathique ravito final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Cot\u00e9 trail, le groupe 1 s\u2019est lanc\u00e9 sur le parcours du 32km de la pistole volante. La m\u00e9t\u00e9o \u00e9tant&nbsp;plus cl\u00e9mente&nbsp;que la semaine derni\u00e8re,&nbsp;elle n&rsquo;est pas venue, cette fois-ci g\u00e2cher cette belle sortie en garrigue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Myriam s\u2019est fait un beau combo sur le Tarn Valley Trail avec 18km \/ 670 de D+ le samedi et une 3eme place en M5 pour 2h7 de course dans les superbes paysage du Tarn.&nbsp;Puis le dimanche, elle a particip\u00e9 en tant que b\u00e9n\u00e9vole au d\u00e9balisage du&nbsp; parcours du 125km,&nbsp;rajoutant du coup&nbsp;quelques 900 de D+ !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-En parlant de balisage, un grand merci&nbsp;\u00e0 ceux qui ont&nbsp;pris de leur temps la semaine derni\u00e8re&nbsp;pour d\u00e9baliser et&nbsp;remettre en \u00e9tat&nbsp;les diff\u00e9rents parcours
