{"id":1142,"date":"2023-12-11T14:13:25","date_gmt":"2023-12-11T13:13:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vedas-endurance.fr\/?p=1142"},"modified":"2023-12-11T14:13:25","modified_gmt":"2023-12-11T13:13:25","slug":"un-air-de-bientot-noel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vedas-endurance.fr\/index.php\/2023\/12\/11\/un-air-de-bientot-noel\/","title":{"rendered":"un air de bient\u00f4t No\u00ebl"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Comme un petit air de No\u00ebl ce samedi matin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout a commenc\u00e9 par un&nbsp;footing organis\u00e9 de main de ma\u00eetre par notre partenaire Irun ; nous \u00e9tions nombreux \u00e0 nous retrouver, sourires aux l\u00e8vres, pour nous \u00e9lancer dans la joie et la bonne humeur sur un parcours sympathique et convivial.<br>Irun a mis les petits plats dans les grands pour accueillir comme il se doit des coureurs venus de plusieurs clubs du coin et nous faire vivre un moment de partage tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dimanche c&rsquo;\u00e9tait jour de course pour Arlette et Vincent sur l Ecorun \u00e0 Montferrier sur Lez. Une premi\u00e8re pour Arlette, avec un joli parcours et une m\u00e9t\u00e9o cl\u00e9mente, tous les ingr\u00e9dients d&rsquo;un \u00e9v\u00e9nement r\u00e9ussi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La sortie du dimanche \u00e9tait organis\u00e9e par Yolande qui nous a propos\u00e9 un parcours de 12km dans les vignes du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de St Georges d&rsquo;Orques. La quinzaine de coureurs pr\u00e9sents a, l\u00e0 aussi, pu profiter d&rsquo;une ambiance bon enfant et bienveillante tout au long d&rsquo;un circuit sans difficult\u00e9&nbsp;et fort&nbsp;agr\u00e9able.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, notre coach Erick s&rsquo;est adonn\u00e9 en famille \u00e0 la randonn\u00e9e dans les magnifiques paysages de Saint Guilhem le D\u00e9sert, un d\u00e9but de pr\u00e9paration en douceur pour leur futur marathon des sables&#8230;.!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Forza Vedas&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img
