{"id":2332,"date":"2025-02-03T13:46:34","date_gmt":"2025-02-03T12:46:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vedas-endurance.fr\/?p=2332"},"modified":"2025-02-03T13:46:34","modified_gmt":"2025-02-03T12:46:34","slug":"des-points-et-des-points","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vedas-endurance.fr\/index.php\/2025\/02\/03\/des-points-et-des-points\/","title":{"rendered":"Des points et des points\u2026"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De belles sorties, une jolie course, de beaux podiums et plein de sourires, \u00e0 V\u00e9das Endurance c\u2019est ce qu\u2019on appelle un week-end r\u00e9ussi !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Un grand merci \u00e0 C\u00e9dric pour sa proposition de sortie au d\u00e9part du col de la tortue ce samedi ; un&nbsp;groupe de valeureux traileurs s&rsquo;est donc retrouv\u00e9 pour&nbsp;un parcours de 15km et 400 de D+&nbsp;et un joli vol plan\u00e9 pour Dominique qui chute&nbsp;\u00e0&#8230; 200m de l\u2019arriv\u00e9e. Plus de peur que de mal, tout de m\u00eame quelques points sur le nez, mais le breton est solide !&nbsp;Cela nous rappelle, si n\u00e9cessaire,&nbsp;qu&rsquo;il faut toujours rester vigilant et pr\u00e9voyant lors de ces sorties en pleine nature\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Une autre sortie Dimanche, avec 13km du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la maison de la nature \u00e0 Lattes permettant de profiter des superbes vues sur les \u00e9tangs et du bord de mer dans une cit\u00e9 de Palavas encore endormie. Une bonne vingtaine&nbsp;de coureurs ont r\u00e9pondu pr\u00e9sent \u00e0 l\u2019invitation des organisatrices, Maeva et St\u00e9phanie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-C\u00f4t\u00e9 course, Dimanche c\u2019\u00e9tait surtout pour les adeptes du trail : 3 parcours sur le massif de la Gardiole. 26Km , 17km et 8 km, il y en avait pour tous les go\u00fbts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et ils se sont r\u00e9gal\u00e9s nos coureurs, certains prenant rapidement la poudre d\u2019escampette&nbsp;quand d\u2019autres se la jouaient en mode bin\u00f4me pour profiter diff\u00e9remment de cette comp\u00e9tition. Le trail de Mireval fut&nbsp;\u00e0 nouveau le th\u00e9\u00e2tre de belles r\u00e9ussites pour nos adh\u00e9rents, mais au-del\u00e0 de ces remarquables performances, nous sommes&nbsp;particuli\u00e8rement fiers de toutes les prouesses individuelles r\u00e9alis\u00e9es par nos repr\u00e9sentants et de l&rsquo;image positive du club qu&rsquo;ils ont v\u00e9hicul\u00e9e !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un grand bravo \u00e0 Tana\u00efs 1\u00e8re de sa cat\u00e9gorie et Maelig 2\u00e8me de sa cat\u00e9gorie sur le 8Km.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00e9licitation \u00e0 Mireille 2\u00e8me de sa cat\u00e9gorie (tr\u00e8s belle course en duo avec Patrick) sur le 16 Km.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur le 26 Km, un grand bravo \u00e9galement \u00e0 Anne Gaelle 3\u00e8me au scratch et 1\u00e8re de sa cat\u00e9gorie&nbsp;ainsi qu&rsquo;\u00e0&nbsp;Marc, notre coach trail, qui finit au pied du podium avec une tr\u00e8s belle 4\u00e8me place (d&rsquo;aucuns disent que s&rsquo;il avait pass\u00e9 un peu moins de temps devant les photographes\u2026. mais bon.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-On n&rsquo;oublie pas toutes les sorties individuelles r\u00e9alis\u00e9es dans tous les coins du d\u00e9partement, le week-end choc d\u2019\u00c9ric avec ces 40km et 2000 de d+,&nbsp;ceux qui pr\u00e9parent leur prochain 100 bornes au Vigan et tous ceux qui s\u2019entrainent pour leurs d\u00e9fis personnels\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bon entra\u00eenement \u00e0 tous, on se r\u00e9gale de vous suivre dans vos nombreuses aventures, alors continuez&nbsp;\u00e0 vous entra\u00eener avec nous, \u00e0 profiter de cette belle ambiance et continuez de nous faire r\u00eaver !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Certains ont marqu\u00e9 des points, d&rsquo;autres en ont re\u00e7us, bon r\u00e9tablissement Dom, tout le
