Deux parcours au menu : une bonne vingtaine de kilom\u00e8tres au d\u00e9part de Fabr\u00e8gues pour les plus aventureux, et un 12 km qui s\u2019\u00e9lan\u00e7ait du c\u00e9l\u00e8bre parking de la Tortue.&nbsp;<br>Fin de parcours et arriv\u00e9e communes \u00e0 Balaruc-les-Bains pour tout le monde, histoire de terminer les jambes lourdes mais le c\u0153ur et le sourire l\u00e9gers !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La d\u00e9sormais traditionnelle \u00ab Travers\u00e9e des F\u00eal\u00e9s de la Gardiole \u00bb a donc bien eu lieu, m\u00eame si la lune et les \u00e9toiles avaient d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de faire gr\u00e8ve en se cachant derri\u00e8re la brume ; la bonne humeur, elle, \u00e9tait bien pr\u00e9sente et brillait dans chaque frontale ! Une fois la Gardiole vaillamment travers\u00e9e de part en part, tout ce petit monde s\u2019est retrouv\u00e9 autour d\u2019un ravito bien m\u00e9rit\u00e9 et unanimement appr\u00e9ci\u00e9.<br>Une tr\u00e8s belle exp\u00e9rience \u00e0 vivre, et encore mieux\u2026 \u00e0 partager !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">*Un dimanche sous le signe du marathon, semi et tiers\u2026&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ils \u00e9taient 4 \u00e0 Toulouse, dont 3 courageux sur la distance mythique de 42,195 km tandis que la quatri\u00e8me s&rsquo;alignait sur le semi :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Vanessa et Dominique ont fait route ensemble et terminent leur marathon en 4h44<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Sylvie B. boucle le sien en 5h06 \u2014 bravo \u00e0 vous trois pour votre endurance et vos beaux sourires \u00e0 l\u2019arriv\u00e9e !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Sylvie F. termine son&nbsp;semi sous la barre des 2h apr\u00e8s 1h58 d&rsquo;efforts, bravo \u00e0 elle !&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant ce temps, \u00e0 Lav\u00e9rune, le 1\/3 de marathon rassemblait 12 participants aux couleurs de V\u00e9das Endurance, avec pas moins de&nbsp;4 podiums \u00e0 l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Maelig r\u00e9alise une course parfaite : 58 min, 9e au scratch et 1er de sa cat\u00e9gorie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Robin en 1h00, 1er \u00e9galement de sa cat\u00e9gorie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Carole s\u2019impose en 1h28,1ere de sa cat\u00e9gorie<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Anne-Marie prend la 2e place en 1h49.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et les autres protagonistes peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre tr\u00e8s fiers de leurs performances :<br>-Valentin 1h00, \u00c9ric 1h07, Cyril 1h11, Ad\u00e8le 1h18, M\u00e9lanie 1h22, Val\u00e9rie 1h30, Bernard 1h31, Ga\u00eblle 1h33.<br>Un grand bravo \u00e0 toutes et tous pour ces belles performances sur un parcours vallonn\u00e9 entre petites routes et chemins de vignes, un vrai menu d\u00e9gustation pour les cuisses et les mollets !&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">*Les sorties du dimanche<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Beau succ\u00e8s pour les sorties propos\u00e9es ce week-end :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Marc a \u00e0 nouveau men\u00e9 ses troupes du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la Gardiole avec au programme des c\u00f4tes, des relances et une distance&nbsp;qui s&rsquo;allonge de semaine en semaine ;&nbsp;bref, du bonheur en pente ascendante !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Florence, de son c\u00f4t\u00e9, proposait une sortie un peu plus douce de 15km du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de Pignan, sur des monotraces et de jolis chemins qui ont fait le bonheur de tous ceux qui s&rsquo;\u00e9taient joints \u00e0 elle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et comment ne pas saluer Michel, v\u00e9ritable stakhanoviste de la course \u00e0 pied : apr\u00e8s avoir travers\u00e9 la Gardiole de nuit vendredi, il \u00e9tait frais comme un gardon et totalement dispo ce samedi matin \u00e0 9h pour une belle s\u00e9ance de piste. On se demande parfois s\u2019il dort\u2026 ou s\u2019il lui suffit juste de recharger les batteries au ravito !
