Franchement, des week-ends comme celui-l\u00e0, il nous en faudrait 52 par an&nbsp; minimum !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alban a lanc\u00e9 la saison des trails en montagne de la plus belle des mani\u00e8res. Direction le massif des Aravis pour un parcours de 45 km et 2 532 m de D+ : de quoi faire r\u00eaver, sentir les vacances approcher et donner envie des prochaines \u00e9ch\u00e9ances. Il boucle ce Marathon du Bargy \u00e0 Marnaz en 8h04. Bravo pour cette magnifique bouff\u00e9e d\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne et de sommets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Autre ambiance, autre podium. C\u2019est en Loz\u00e8re, sur le Trail des Gourgons, qu\u2019Eug\u00e9nie s\u2019illustre en terminant 1re de sa cat\u00e9gorie sur le 7 km. Quarante-cinq minutes de pur plaisir pour une Eug\u00e9nie au sommet de sa forme. Bravo \u00e0 toi !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand on cherche du D+ dans la r\u00e9gion, le regard finit toujours par se tourner vers Valleraugue et le majestueux Mont Aigoual. Les fameuses 4 000 marches : 10,8 km et 1 200 m de D+. Alors&nbsp; quand tu y vas en mode course et que tu t&rsquo;appelles Sandrine tu montes en 1h43 et tu termines 1re de ta cat\u00e9gorie. Monstrueux, fabuleux, exceptionnel ! Un haut bravo !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de Saint-S\u00e9ri\u00e8s aussi, \u00e7a sentait&nbsp; la sueur et le podium. Sur le 21 km, Marc termine 4e de sa cat\u00e9gorie en 2h25. Ma\u00eblig, lui, monte sur la bo\u00eete avec une 1re place de cat\u00e9gorie sur le 5 km, boucl\u00e9 en seulement 21 minutes. Bravo \u00e0 vous deux pour ces tr\u00e8s belles performances !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur la route aussi, on s\u2019est fait plaisir ce week-end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ma\u00eblig&nbsp; s\u2019est offert un doubl\u00e9 en prenant le d\u00e9part du 10 km de S\u00e8te le samedi. R\u00e9sultat : 37&rsquo;33 de pur plaisir\u2026 ou de souffrance ma\u00eetris\u00e9e, selon le point de vue !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et Ad\u00e8le n\u2019a rien l\u00e2ch\u00e9 : 22 minutes sur le 5 km. Bravo !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ils \u00e9taient nombreux \u00e0 avoir coch\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition du Semi de la Vall\u00e9e de l\u2019H\u00e9rault, du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de Gignac. Mis \u00e0 part une chaleur \u00e9crasante tous ont appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 les parcours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour une premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition, c\u2019est un v\u00e9ritable succ\u00e8s. Nous pouvons \u00eatre fiers de cette belle vague bleue et rose qui a d\u00e9ferl\u00e9 dimanche matin. Des sourires, de la bonne humeur et&nbsp; podium au rendez-vous ! \u00e7a fait toujours plaisir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur la distance du semi-marathon :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Anne-Marie, 1re de sa cat\u00e9gorie, monte sur le podium en 2h42. D\u00e9borah : 2h02 \/ Estelle : 2h19 \/ J\u00e9r\u00f4me : 2h21 \/\u00a0Camille : 2h22 \/\u00a0Karine : 2h25 \/\u00a0Natacha : 2h35 \/\u00a0Sophie : 2h36 et\u00a0Anne : 2h39<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur le 10 km :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Julien : 1h05 \/&nbsp;Cynthia : 1h08 \/&nbsp;Antony : 1h10 et une arriv\u00e9e group\u00e9epour&nbsp;Guy, St\u00e9phanie et Jean-Fran\u00e7ois qui franchissent la ligne en 1h19&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bravo \u00e0 vous tous ! On a d\u00e9j\u00e0 h\u00e2te d\u2019\u00eatre \u00e0 mardi soir pour le d\u00e9brief et entendre les r\u00e9cits de course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019autre \u00e9v\u00e9nement du week-end se d\u00e9roulait \u00e0 l\u2019ombre des pins, en short et claquettes et un verre \u00e0 la main en attendant les grillades. Un cadre id\u00e9al pour parler objectifs, course \u00e0 pied\u2026 et un peu d\u2019autre chose quand m\u00eame !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quel plaisir de se retrouver tous ensemble dans un cadre magnifique. Belle initiative de notre pr\u00e9sident d\u2019avoir r\u00e9uni les b\u00e9n\u00e9voles du Saint-Jean-de-V\u00e9das Trail autour d\u2019un barbecue convivial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette journ\u00e9e \u00e9tait l\u2019occasion de remercier celles et ceux qui ont donn\u00e9 de leur temps et de leur \u00e9nergie pour faire du trail du 26 avril une r\u00e9ussite. Pr\u00e9sents sur les parcours, aux ravitaillements, \u00e0 l\u2019organisation&nbsp; ils ont veill\u00e9 avec passion, simplicit\u00e9 et bonne humeur au bon d\u00e9roulement de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce moment de convivialit\u00e9 fut un v\u00e9ritable plaisir partag\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un immense merci \u00e0 Christine et Denis pour cette journ\u00e9e sp\u00e9ciale b\u00e9n\u00e9voles, pour votre accueil chaleureux et votre bienveillance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La vie est belle en baskets !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bravo \u00e0 tous : \u00e0 ceux qui sont
