club"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Soir\u00e9e club<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Vendredi 31 Juillet au soir, ce n\u2019\u00e9tait pas en short et&nbsp;en chaussures de running que nous nous sommes retrouv\u00e9s, mais en tee-shirt et claquettes pour refaire la saison \u00e9coul\u00e9e, partager nos projets de vacances&nbsp;mais aussi parler un peu des futurs objectifs course \u00e0 pieds&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9unis au Clos d\u2019Elle, nous avons pu passer une douce et agr\u00e9able soir\u00e9e tous ensemble&nbsp;autour d\u2019un bel ap\u00e9ro et d\u2019une superbe paella.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coureurs et conjoints ont pu faire la f\u00eate jusqu\u2019au bout de la nuit, juste pour le plaisir de partager un bon moment ensemble&nbsp;et cl\u00f4turer ainsi la saison en beaut\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A l&rsquo;issue de cette m\u00e9morable fiesta, l&rsquo;envie de vite se retrouver et que la prochaine saison arrive rapidement \u00e9tait bien perceptible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En attendant, bonnes vacances \u00e0 tous, et on rappelle le conseil de notre coach Erik pour qui un arr\u00eat de l\u2019entra\u00eenement sur&nbsp;la p\u00e9riode estivale est b\u00e9n\u00e9fique et salutaire!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une petite coupure r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ratrice et bienvenue que nous allons respecter scrupuleusement, sans oublier de bien
